Francesco Wilking
Francesco Wilking grew up in the Black Forest. Francesco and Patrick Reising were in the Boy Scouts together, became friends and started to learn playing guitar to the Beatles-Complete book at the campfire. Later they played in bands together. Such as TELE, with whom from 2000 to 2010 they put out two albums on Tapete Records and two on Universal. In 2007 they performed at Stefan Raabs Bundesvision Song Contest. In 2007 they started to write scores sand songs for films. Since then hey have contributed their music to many movies like „Stromberg der Film“ „Magical Mystery“ „Lombock“, tv-shows as „Tatort“ and series as „Frau Jordan stellt gleich“. They compose and produce music in their studio in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, where also many of their own projects and albums of other bands/artists were recorded, such as Dota, Gisbert zu Knyphausen, Die Höchste Eisenbahn, Tele, Moritz Krämer.
Francesco plays and sings in DIE HÖCHSTE EISENBAHN. He is part of the project CRUCCHI GANG, for which he also translates the songs into Italian and curates and writes songs for the UNTER MEINEM BETT-sampler that features music for children by famous German songwriters.
