Jens Carstens has written numerous songs and singles for artists such as Heinz Rudolf Kunze, Nicole, Howard Carpendale, Julian David, and Jan Sievers. Many of these tracks have climbed the German Airplay Charts, often reaching the Top 10.

For Heinz Rudolf Kunze, he produced several albums that made it to the German Top 10. Additionally, Carstens is the author and composer of the children's book series "Quentin Qualle" and recently composed the soundtrack for the Amazon Prime series "Last Exit Schinkenstraße."

Over the past 25 years, he has played drums for some of Germany's biggest names, including Rosenstolz, Heinz Rudolf Kunze, and Helene Fischer.
